The BIPOC Coaching Cohort is an intentional, inclusive space within Coaches {R}evolution™ Academy’s professional coach training programs — designed to honor lived experiences, amplify diverse voices, and cultivate coherence, courage, and community through coaching.
Here, we lead with appreciation, presence, and purpose. We create space for each participant to uncover their Positive Core, embody cultural wisdom, and build a thriving coaching practice rooted in authenticity and belonging.
Program Options
3-Month Program – Foundations of Professional Coaching (ICF Level 1)
An ICF-accredited introductory course that grounds you in the core coaching competencies, ethics, and the art of transformational conversation — taught through a culturally responsive lens.

💻 Format: Virtual (Live on Zoom)
🌍 Language: English
🎓 Certification: ICF Level 1
6-Month Program – Certified Professional Coach (ICF Level 2)
A deeper journey into mastery, presence, and cultural coherence. This immersive program blends theory, Appreciative Inquiry, supervised practice, and mentoring to help you evolve as a confident, credentialed, and culturally aware coach.
