1. The Fully Inclusive Coaching Strand
Open to All – A Diverse, Global Learning Community
This is our core Coaches {R}evolution™ Academy program — intentionally diverse, welcoming learners of every background, culture, and identity.
Here, we learn together across differences, building bridges of understanding and appreciation. The curriculum integrates Appreciative Inquiry, Transformational Coaching, and Coherence Practices, inviting you to grow as both a person and a professional coach.
Program Options:
• 3-Month “Foundations of Professional Coaching” (ICF Level 1)
• 6-Month “Certified Professional Coach” (ICF Level 2)

Specialized Global Strands
These optional strands offer culturally aligned learning environments within our academy’s global family — each honoring unique languages, traditions, and lived experiences.
2. BIPOC Coaching Cohort – Honoring Voices, Stories, and Strengths
An intentional space for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color to explore coaching through a culturally responsive and community-rooted lens. Together, we honor stories, heal through appreciation, and lead transformation from within.

3. Spanish-Speaking Cohort – Coaching en Español
A fully Spanish-language learning experience taught by bilingual Master Certified Coaches. Discover the power of Appreciative Inquiry and Transformational Coaching while connecting with a vibrant community across Latin America, Spain, and the U.S.

4. China Cohort – Coaching in English and Mandarin
Bridging Eastern and Western wisdom traditions, this bilingual program (Mandarin and English) supports coaches and leaders across China and Asia. Participants explore coaching as a path to coherence, courage, and cross-cultural leadership.
