Coaches Evolve: Coaches {R}evolution™ Academy (C{R}A) now offers an ICF Level 1 ACC Program along with their Level 2 PCC Program. The Level 1 ACC Program refers to a coach training program that aligns with the standards set by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for obtaining the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. The ACC credential is the first of three
levels of coaching certification offered by the ICF (ACC, PCC, MCC).

What’s Included In ACC Training By C{R}A

75 Hours of Coach-Specific Education (Evidence-Based Approaches: current research, theories, and strengths-based methodologies)
10 Hours of Mentor Coaching (included in the 75 hours)
Performance Evaluation
Coaching Hours of Experience

Once completed with Coaches Evolve: IAPC, coaches continue to accumulate their 100 hours of coaching practice. At that time, they can submit to ICF, take the ACC Exam, and receive their ICF ACC Coaching Credential.
